Aghreni’s Global Execution Model (GEM) is a framework for distributed project management and execution through multi-location teams working on the project in a seamless way. Aghreni’s GEM provides clearly defined process guidelines emphasizing information flow and communication during the execution of the project.
Aghreni’s GEM provides the client to choose from a variety of Product, service and support offerings through various delivery, cost and organization models. It provides the client with a just fit model that is better aligned to their needs and objectives.
Aghreni’s delivery organization greatly depends on the type of client’s projects, size of the engagement, duration of the project, nature of the project, etc. The delivery organization at Aghreni is optimized to better to suit the needs and growth of the client in domain, technology, availability of skilled resources, best practices etc.
Offshore Delivery Centers (Client Specific / Verticals / Segments / Business Units)
Aghreni can build a dedicated delivery center for all of client’s projects. It will be run like a Business unit for the client. Aghreni will provide best practices for managing and executing projects in the dedicated delivery center. These units provide better management of technical and domain expertise and resources. It also provides good governance and communication across all of the projects.
Further the projects can be grouped under different industry verticals or segments based on client needs for further managing the expertise, competencies and focus.

Build Operate and Transfer (BOT)
Aghreni can enable clients to build their own operations in India over period of time. Clients need not invest affront, and they can utilize Aghreni’s infrastructure and resources to build their own team in India. Aghreni will provide all facilities to build client’s team, manage the projects over period of time and transfer its assets to the client when client is ready to take over complete control of its operations as a separate entity.
