Aghreni’s Global Execution Model (GEM) is a framework for distributed project management and execution through multi-location teams working on the project in a seamless way. Aghreni’s GEM provides clearly defined process guidelines emphasizing information flow and communication during the execution of the project.

Onsite Delivery Model
Aghreni can position their skilled resources at the client site, who work in continuous interaction with the client’s team for the entire period of the project. This model will enable the client to work in close proximity with Aghreni’s resources utilizing their technical and domain skill sets on their critical projects that need demanding changes, tight schedules, better communication and interaction with their teams.
Offsite Delivery Model
Aghreni has partners in US, through which it can position their skilled resources in a nearby vicinity of the client site, who work in the same time zone for the entire period of the project. Aghreni’s resources can travel to client site as required basis for important meetings and discussions that need their physical presence. This model will enable the client to work in near proximity with Aghreni’s resources utilizing their technical and domain skill sets on their critical projects that need demanding changes, tight schedules, better communication and interaction with their teams.
Offshore Delivery Model
Aghreni has its main development center in India through which it can provide high quality and experienced resources and execute projects for its clients in all geographies. With its sound project and process management practices and expertise, it can add value to client’s projects in various technologies and domains. Aghreni has several years of experience in delivering products, solutions and services to clients across geographies. It can provide highly technical and experienced resources from India in a cost effective way, that are hard to find in other geographies.
Onsite/Offshore (Hybrid) Delivery Model
Aghreni can provide an Onsite/Offshore (Hybrid) Delivery Model wherein the Client project can be executed at both the client’s site and Aghreni’s offshore development center through its resources working in close proximity with client’s team. The client gets the advantage of both types of outsourcing models. Aghreni will provide the right resource mix to work at Client site and its offshore center for the project.
