Global Execution Model
Aghreni’s Global Execution Model (GEM) is a framework for distributed project management and execution through multi-location teams working on the project in a seamless way. Aghreni’s GEM provides clearly defined process guidelines emphasizing information flow and communication during the execution of the project.
Aghreni’s GEM provides the client to choose from a variety of Product, service and support offerings through various delivery, cost and organization models. It provides the client with a just fit model that is better aligned to their needs and objectives.
Aghreni provides several cost models for the delivery of the Client projects. Client has the flexibility and choice of choosing the right cost model. Choosing the cost model depends on several factors like the client comfort, nature of work or project involved, risks sharing and capabilities/competencies.
Time and Materials:
Aghreni will provide highly experience technical resources for the client project needs at an hourly rate or monthly rate for the entire duration of the project. The rates depend on the experience and skill sets of the resources and the delivery location. Aghreni can also provide a blend rate for the resource mix in the project. Aghreni will ensure the quality of the deliverables and schedule.
Time and Materials with Cap
Aghreni can provide a cap on the upper limit of the costs for the time and materials used for the project on a weekly or monthly basis. Aghreni will work with client to understand the requirements for the project, estimate the effort and cost and manage the budgeted costs with the same diligence as client. Aghreni’s excellent project management practices will track the resource usage and other costs through the course of the project against budgeted costs.
Fixed Price
Aghreni’s maturity in managing and delivering projects enables itself to price client’s project in its entirety, based on requirements of the project. Aghreni can detail sufficiently on the technical solution, deliverables and timelines for the project with a total cost to the client.
Clients will oversee the execution of the project and have total visibility to the progress of the project, quality of deliverables, etc.
Revenue Sharing
Aghreni will work with client on shared vision and opportunities in marketplace on a partnership basis. The revenues generated by the product or solution will be shared by both Aghreni and Client on agreed terms and conditions set forth in the contract.
Aghreni is better suited as a partner in the online marketing place for innovative products and solutions. Aghreni’s senior team is exploring and pursuing many interesting opportunities and is willing to partner with clients who have similar interests.
